Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], August 7: The third edition of the GCC Workplace Innovation Summit & Awards 2026, organised by Zyoin Group, concluded in Bengaluru after bringing together senior leaders, policymakers, technology experts, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) executives from across the country.
Held over two days, the summit recorded more than 1,600 footfalls and welcomed 1,200 leaders, representing over 500 Global Capability Centres operating in India.
The event featured more than 235 industry speakers across 30+ sessions, including panel discussions, roundtables and keynote addresses, focusing on topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, talent strategy, workplace innovation, leadership, and the future of Global Capability Centres.
The summit also hosted the GCC Workplace Awards 2026, recognising 180+ organisations and business leaders for excellence across workplace culture, innovation, leadership, employee experience, and organisational transformation.
A key highlight of this year's edition was the launch of the GCC Innovation Playbook 2026, a comprehensive industry publication featuring insights and perspectives from leading GCC executives, industry experts, and ecosystem partners. Developed in collaboration with 15+ knowledge partners, the playbook aims to serve as a practical guide for organisations navigating the next phase of innovation, leadership, talent transformation, and enterprise growth within India's rapidly evolving GCC ecosystem.
The summit was supported by 20+ ecosystem partners, led by State Bank of India (SBI) as the Presenting Partner and Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL) as the Co-Presenting Partner. The summit also witnessed the participation of distinguished government dignitaries, including Mr. Seeram Sambasiva Rao, IAS, Special Secretary to the Government of Kerala; Ms. P. Bharathi, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Science & Technology Department; Mr. Bhaskar Katamneni, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh; and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM).
